This beautiful, charming property with a heated pool is centrally located in Fort Lauderdale. 9 minutes to the most popular beach in Fort Lauderdale (loaded with bars, restaurants, and activities), only minutes away from Wilton Drive (and its fantastic nightlife), 9 minutes to the Fort Lauderdale downtown, 3 minutes to the supermarket, 6 minutes to the dine-in theater, 10 minutes to the bar car… We can go on and on, but to summarize it in 4 words: "Location: Can't be better!"
This 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom, sun-drenched apartment offers everything you need while you, your family, and your friends relax and enjoy all the sites of Fort Lauderdale! The relaxing setting is highlighted by the heated pool (with color-changing lights!) area creating your own resort experience. There are 2 outside dining tables, where you can enjoy the meat you just prepared on the grill (propane is provided).
It has a large patio with a HEATED pool (some fees may apply) (shared with another 2 apartments), a bunch of sun umbrellas, loungers, a hammock, 2 patio tables with seating so you can enjoy your meals while basking in the sun. Beautiful overhead lights and the heated pool with color-changing lights allow you to have a relaxing time on the patio after hours, a true resort experience.
It has 1 queen-size sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) and 1 full-size sleeper sofa .
Full-size laundry on site, high chair, and playpen are also available (no extra charge).
All curtains are blackout curtains and it is also located on a very quiet street.
If you bring a pet with you they can run around in the backyard and chase cats (who crave guest's attention. Petting is not only allowed but encouraged).
Free bikes available (upon request)
There are 50-inch Smart TVs in the living room with 150 channels available on Roku platform. You can connect your own computers or smart devices to the TVs so you can stream anything from your own devices (including your computer desktop).
Fort Lauderdale is beautiful and a true tourist destination, no matter what are you in to, and our modern huge property just might be the home base from which you can experience it.
