Summary: The place is run down and was not clean. It has no blinds on the back patio door to the pool so hence no privacy. It also had many broken or damaged items such as the electronic dead bolt pad that was duct-taped to the door, the patio sunshade is torn, broken chairs on pool deck, fridge ice-maker does not work and so on. The place does have a lot of potential and was very likely at one time a beautiful rental but those days are far behind the one we just rented.
