We are also within just 5-7min drive to hiking, Tonto National Forest, Salt river tubing, horseback riding, outdoor shooting range, volley ball and so much more. 20 minutes to the Chicago Cubs Spring Training Stadium! 15-20mins to Saguaro lake where you can go kayaking, canoeing, rent a pontoon or speed boat, wake board, water ski, knee board or take a leisurely tour around the lake on their double decker tour boat for a unique way to see wild life and beautiful scenery. Many conveniences just around the corner: 1/4 mile from grocery stores, plenty of unique restaurants for traditional American food, Pizza, sushi, Mexican, wine bar with live entertainment every night 6-9pm, sports bar, yogurt shop, fast food, nail salons, yoga, fitness. 15-20 mins from Old Town Scottsdale and Tempe Mill Avenue, or the Zoo and 20-25 mins to/from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.
