Summary: The key lock to our room did not work so we had to have the desk clerk come to our room each time. The desk clerk said this also happened to the man who stayed there the night before. This was very inconvenient! The morning clerk was not aware of this and didn’t believe us at first. A note should have been left ! Also the room smelled horribly of smoke. Even the bedding stunk. Desk clerk said that was because the room was close to the smoking area. Clerk should have offered some type of discount or even a free bottle of water. Very disappointing stay at full price!
