Two bedrooms (each with King bed) Queen sofa bed, 2 Bath with a Gulf and Bay views from the expansive balconies in the heart of Destin. NOT a JR suite, unit is larger than most units at resort (1175 sqft). Gym, lagoon pool, splash pool, heated pool, oversized hot tub and restaurant on resort. Walking distance to the beach or 5min drive to Henderson State Beach Park. Resort Trolly service available during season.

Newly updated coastal modern condo with a Gulf and Bay view from your balcony. There are Two balconies, One with a Bay view and one with a Gulf view.
-Sleeps a maximum of 6 people. 2 bedrooms, one king size bed in each room. Living room with queen pull-out sleeper sofa.
-Two bathrooms with one of the rooms that has an en-suite bathroom.
-Fully equipped kitchen to prepare small snacks or entire meals. The dining table has 4 seats and two bar seat benches.
-All rooms and living room have a TV. We offer cable TV and smart TV interface
-Washer and dryer in unit
-One set of bath towels for each guest is provided. Beach towels are not included.
- Gulf Beach Views sitting on main balcony which is accessible from the living room and one bedroom. Bay view and private balcony in second bedroom.
