The cosy living area has a comfortable double sofa bed, and a TV, perfect for relaxing in the evening, while the adjoining dining table is great for social eating together. There is also a desk that you can use as a workspace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need such as microwave, hotplate, oven, coffee machine, toaster, and fridge to easily prepare a tasty home cooked meal. The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well.
The bedroom is complete with a king bed that will be made up with hotel quality linens as well as some storage space for you to make use of.
The bathroom comes with a walk-in shower as well as fresh towels and a hairdryer. Toilets are separated.
On top of all that, there is a washing machine/dryer that you can use, for free!

## Access
The flat is located in a well secured building with digicode and pass to access it. It is on the 1st floor with lift and you will have access to the whole apartment.

Want to visit Paris but need tranquility? The 12th arrondissement is made for you! The district is in fact composed of villages swallowed up by Paris during its expansion, the XIIth keeps this village atmosphere in the middle of the city, the proof is : Bercy village is the perfect place to find this village perfume ! But if that's not enough for you, go for the Bois de Vincennes, ideal for a walk or a sports session, and the bassin de l'arsenal, a small marina located in the heart of the capital. A lot of shops and cafés guarantee a very dynamic atmosphere in this district, especially in the morning. Finally, let yourself be tempted by the planted promenade and its 4.5 km long which starts at the Bastille and ends near the Bois de Vincennes. It's a unique experience, the idea of enjoying a bit of floral couture at such a height is a nice thing to do, especially with the kids.
The apartment is close to restaurants, grocery shops and transports you could go everywhere by walking very easily. Located in calm and peaceful neighborhood, the place is ideal for people looking for a short city trip in Paris. Please note we do charge a 20€ late check-in fee after 10PM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us.
Please also note that the apartment is in a small building, parties and parties are prohibited. The accommodation is entirely non-smoking. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
