Three bedrooms with queen-sized beds (one queen room with 55" smart TV). The family room has leather reclining chair, loveseat and sofa. Also has a wall-mounted 65” smart TV. All TVs are set up to stream your favorite apps, i.e Netflix, Prime, Sling, etc. Open concept layout for the family room, dining area and kitchen. Kitchen has modern finishes with granite countertops, SS appliances - electric stove, refrigerator with ice maker & filtered water and a dishwasher. Full-size washer and dryer. Great home for transitioning to San Tan, Queen Creek, or Florence area. Fully furnished with everything you would need for your home away from home.
Refreshing pool awaits you in your backyard oasis. Pool is surrounded by a security fence to keep little ones safe. Outdoor patio set to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine as you watch the sunset.
