Built in 1948 original Florida Cypress tounge and groove walls and ceilings. Has been updated in 2020.
Extremely clean ; neat cottage, studio.
Sleeps 2 adults perfectly!
Very private and quiet.
Note : This is a single room studio type home. There is a comfy IKEA sleeper sofa for the occasional friends or children who would like to visit. Huge private patio with white gauzy curtains which are known to keep those pesky mosquitoes away.
We would never charge for extra guests for a few days.
Relax on your own private large patio with super soft cushioned chairs and loungers, and plenty seating for your friends.
The counter in kitchen has seating for 2 with barstools. If more stools are needed simply ask.
Fully equipped kitchen with new 2 burner glass cooktop.
New full sized stainless steel fridge .
Large new convection oven.
I provide starter coffee/tea for Kuerig coffeemaker.
Thereās also a regular coffee or drip maker.
Cheerful bathroom with walk in tiled shower that has unique recycled Corona beer bottle accents.
Safe fenced backyard for your dogs safety and enjoyment.

The centerpiece of this property has a gorgeous, heated custom salt water inground pool with a jacuzzi that spills over into pool
Plus it's HEATED!!!
NOTE : we try to keep the pool heated to 80 degrees depending if the weather cooperates.
If visiting friends or families they are welcome to spend the day/evening poolside or relaxing by the fire (chiminea) and hot tub. (no charge if they would like to spend a few nights)
This unique, special cottage is located in the rear of the property.
āEllieās Cottageā is totally separate from the main home and the pool is located between each place.
You'll have as much privacy as you like or enjoy a drink with our guests by the chiminea or spa.
Plenty of off-street parking for all.

I pride myself supplying guests with any beach gear or supplies they might need for the beach or an outing.
Beach chairs, blankets, pop-up cabanas, umbrellas, coolers, extra towels, sand toys and more.

Wireless 'high-speed' internet is also included.
Linens changed weekly or more often if requested. We have nice quality bed linens and towels.

YES! dogs are allowed and encouraged to swim in pool.
(due to filter issues please let me know if your pet is a long hair shedding dog like a German Shepard. I need to put a different ādogā filter in.
Dogs can āfree rangeā in the entire backyard due to having it fenced in.

Yard is treated monthly for control of flea's and ticks.
30 minutes from TIA Tampa International airport. 10 minutes from PIE St Petersburg/ Clearwater International airport.
1.5 miles, a 5 minute drive to Indian Rocks Beach and 10 minute drive to 4.5 miles to Clearwater Beach.
Drive to the beach or take the local bus to transit station 2 miles north to downtown Clearwater and hop aboard the Jolley Trolley to ride up and down the beaches. You're able to ride to Tarpon Springs to St. Petersburg Beach. With a bus pass for a nominal fee you can Hop on - Hop off wherever you like. Great for "bar hopping or shopping."
Bikes are also allowed on the trolley for no charge.
Public bus transportation just around the corner. Many other activities to do. There is an great shopping center 1 block south that has many single private owned shops.
Just one block south is Antique Alley. Great place to browse and look for gifts or to check out the furniture thatās b been redone mostly with a coastal theme.
A great biking trail called "Pinellas Bike Trail" is 3 blocks away.
You can bike from here to St Petersburg or Tarpon Springs or a special little town called Dunedin (which is an arts and crafts orientated town) In this town there's many great restaurants that offer anything from Mexican to vegan.

Visit Clearwater Marine Center where Winter the famous dolphin from the movie Dolphin Tales located near Clearwater Beach.
This truly is an amazing place to have a peaceful, relaxing vacation with no worries or stress.
