There are shopping areas, grocery stores, and restaurants within a short drive. Downtown Hollywood is less than 10 minutes away and has many restaurants and shops to explore. The neighborhood is exceptionally safe and quiet, one of the best residential areas of South Florida. The house is located close to public transit.
A car is recommended, as shops and restaurants are close by but not walking distance. A maximum of 4 cars can be parked on the driveway. City regulations do not allow for any street parking in the neighborhood.
