Perfectly situated between Waupoos and Milford, this unique gem offers a serene getaway while being just a short drive from local wineries, beaches, and charming boutiques.
The property offers an open concept kitchen, dining and living room, a full bathroom, laundry room, office space and a one bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom on the main level. On the second level, you will find the private loft bedroom.
Guests can enjoy all areas of the house inside, with the exception of the basement. On the exterior, the property features a backyard, firepit and deck for guests. There is a secondary bunkie building on-site that is for owner use only.
