The back patio offers a view of the 13th hole on the Canoa Ranch golf course, excellent bird watching, a gas fire pit with comfortable seating and a gas grill. The front patio is a perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee and the Santa Ritas. On those sunny days, enjoy the shady, spacious Arizona room with outdoor dining and its own comfortable seating area.
This contemporary home has a great room concept with 3 full bedrooms. The floor plan is a true split bedroom with the primary bedroom and bathroom off to one side and the other 2 bedrooms and full bathroom on the other side. The living room, kitchen and dining room make up the great room and are the centerpiece of the home. The living room leads out to the Arizona room which is fully screened in, has ceiling fans, an outdoor dining area and a comfortable sitting area. On the back patio there is a gas fire pit surrounded comfortable patio furniture where you can watch the birds up close and personal. The views of the Santa Ritas, including Elephant Head, and the sunsets never disappoint, making the back patio a perfect place to enjoy the local "golden hour" tradition. The front patio is a private courtyard style that has a small table and chairs making it easy to enjoy more Santa Rita and valley views.
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans and other necessities to cook delicious meals at home. It has a gas stovetop, a full size dishwasher, double door fridge, a water filter and garbage disposal. The living room has a smart TV, surround sound and a gas fireplace. The dining room sits 6 or if you need seating for 8 simply add the extra table leaf. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, a smart TV and it's own full bathroom. There is also a dedicated work space that overlooks the back patio. The bathroom consists of a walk in steam shower, a soaking tub, dual vanity sink, a separate water closet and a walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and smart TV while you will find two twin beds and another smart TV in the 3rd bedroom. The 2nd bathroom is also a full bathroom with a bathtub / shower combination.
We have high speed internet which has the capacity to handle multiple users and devices at the same time so one person can be streaming their favorite show while someone else is working remotely or on a video conference call. There is a home water softener to help with Arizona's hard water and a drinking water filter sink faucet.
You are welcome to park one car in the garage and additional cars in the driveway.
As our guests, you will have full access to all 13 Green Valley Recreation Centers. There are 2 centers within 2 miles of our home. The Canoa Ranch Golf Club is less than a mile from our home and is a public 18 hole course with a driving range and clubhouse.
