This home is a short-term, seasonal rental available when my wife and I aren't occupying our home. Please note the rates do not include utilities. All occupants must be non-smokers. Fully furnished 2,700sf home with 2 bedrooms plus office and 3 bathrooms with beautiful golf course views in the 24 hour guard gated Anthem Golf & Country Club.
Love a spectacular view? Imagine sitting in the backyard with artificial turf and a soothing water feature while overlooking the manicured golf course. Also enjoy spectacular sunset views from the south-west facing backyard. The patio furniture dining chairs and two chaise lounge chairs have comfortable Sunbrella fabric cushions.
This popular Tacoma floor plan welcomes you with a private courtyard entry and a foyer that overlooks the living area with large picturesque windows to the back yard and golf course. The living room includes two reclining leather sofas and an 86" TV. The kitchen includes a new wall oven, a new French door fridge with RO water and ice, convection microwave, Wolf gas cooktop, Bosch dishwasher, oversized island with sink, and a walk-in pantry. Just off the kitchen is the dining area and spacious family room with gas fireplace. The laundry room includes large LG front loading washer and dryer. The home has a whole house water filtration and softening system plus a RO alkaline drinking water system at the kitchen sink.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed (Tuft and Needle adaptive memory foam mattress with a Sleep on Latex topper), a 75" TV, a large picture window that overlooks the golf course, and a door that provides a private exit to the backyard. The master bathroom has separate sinks, a garden soaking tub in the center, separate shower, and large walk in closet. The guest bedroom has a king sized bed and an attached bathroom with two sinks and a newly renovated shower. This bathroom is shared with the office. The 3rd bathroom is located off the main living area. With only one neighbor beside the home, it gives you additional privacy.
Two car garage is available for use. The single car garage is used by the owner for storage.
If tenant wishes to have the Anthem Country Club social membership, the lease must be at least 6 months and the tenant cost is $350 one-time to the Country Club.
