Positive: Nice large house, lots of room for the kids. Views are amazing. Host responded to issues and questions quickly.

Negative: House could use a deep clean. It was ‘clean’ if you didn’t look closely (corners, baseboards, walls, under couch). Also, the owners just seem to remove anything that requires maintenance. For instance, our first night the water softener system was running constantly so we notified our host, the next day it had been welded right off… no intention of repair, just delete it. We also gathered from the guest book that there was a hot-tub at one point, and we could see where it used to be on the cement- that was kind of disappointing as we assume it had been removed instead of maintained as well. The views are breath taking, as long as you are fine with being every golfers ‘view’ as they drive right up to the back fence on the golf cart path while you are in the pool.

Summary: It was spacious, but overall not worth the price.
