The condo features tile throughout, and the spacious king bedroom has a walk-in closet, and a comfortable bed all new comfortable furniture with quality bedding and another smart TV. Easy access to freeways leading to Old Town Scottsdale, and Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, also just a short 10 minute drive to Kierland Commons & Scottsdale Quarter, both offering unique, upscale shops and restaurants. Enjoy a great walk on the green belt surrounding the Stonecreek Golf Course. The grounds are green and gorgeous- a desert oasis! You will feel like you’re at a luxurious resort with 5 heated pools with stunning waterfall features, spas, billiards and poker rooms, community library and entertainment space, fitness center and beautiful landscaping and lastly, assigned covered parking. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the grounds, we apologize.
