The open-plan living and kitchen runs the full width of the ground floor and opens straight out to the private courtyard through the sliding door. Fans in both bedrooms keep summer honest.
The murphy bed lives downstairs in the living area. Fold it down when you need it, fold it away when you don't — the room works either way. It's a proper queen, not a camping cot.
