The full-sized, fully equipped kitchen has premium solid wood cabinets, convenient pass-through to the dining space, and stainless appliances. The spacious open floor plan offers impressive water views both West and North with large sliding glass doors to the balcony. Plenty of comfy seating with a large TV with cable. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Queen size beds and Smart TV. The third bedroom has 2 Twin beds and views of both the Gulf and Intracoastal Waterway along with a Smart TV. The hallway bathroom has a tub with shower. This condo has a washer and dryer in the unit. There are two gas grills for you to use. The Beach Trolley/Bus stop is right in front of the building for easy access along Gulf Boulevard, from St. Pete to Clearwater Beach. Directly across the street is a very popular Caddy's Pub/Restaurant on the Intracoastal with outdoor and indoor dining. Other restaurants and shopping opportunities are nearby. Putt-Putt golf is less than a mile down the street. An assigned parking space is located near the elevators, and there are also limited guest spaces.
