Please note that there are 2 beaches about 4 min walk from the property. Both of these beaches are partly public and partly private. One of them has picnic tables and a portable toilet. Beachfront houses may own the land area in front of their houses.

There is a Patio outside each semi-detached home with seating area. There is a BBQ grill - Refilling Propane Tank is the responsibility of the guests (if gas runs out, refills are available at a 5-10 min drive from the cottage)

Maximum number of Guests - 16 (including children and infants)
Maximum number of cars - 4 (cars to only be parked on the paved driveway - no car to go on the grass anywhere on the property)
Please keep in mind this is a self catering unit. You will be provided a starter set of paper towels, and trash bags. For the length of your stay (depending on the duration), you will probably want to bring additional supplies.
Please only use the provided toilet paper which is septic safe
There is soap, shampoo and conditioner available, but you may wish to bring your own, especially if you are here for a longer stay.
Linens, bath towels, and comforters/ blankets are provided.
Dishes, silverware and cookware are also provided for your convenience. We request and rely on all our guests to leave the dishes, silverware and cookware in a clean condition. However, there may be rare occasions when these items may not be in perfect condition.
