Summary: I've been to Fairmont many times and I appreciate that they are doing their best to make upgrades. The room is fine, staff mostly fine. The food, especially what they are calling "fine dining" is a joke. Crab cakes that look and taste like they came out of the grocery store freezer section. Salad that is that cheap choped bag stuff. Pork chop so thin you could see through it. And what is with closing the pools at 10pm what am I, a child that has a cerfew. Most hot springs I have visited its at least 11.
