The Rim View Grand features, a "gated" negative edge swimming pool for child safety and a spa large enough to fit your entire party of 14! Inside, you will find large living areas including an 800 square foot Master Suite, multiple kitchen islands, gas range, stainless steel appliances with a fully accessorized kitchen ready for any gathering. In the game room, you will find, a full size billards table, air hockey table, wet bar, multiple TVS, video arcade, Playstation with unlimited play subscription, shuffleboard and plenty of board games to keep everyone occupied. Want to see the stars at night or take in the views? YOU HAVE TO GO to the 3rd story Star Deck which features plenty of seating, lounging, gas fireplace and even an roof top outdoor shower! If that isn't enough, you can wonder the estate outdoors to discover its secrets. You will find a large seperate cabana with private seating, dining and fireplace - all with amazing views. You will additionally find a human size Chess board, large firepit, outdoor grilling area with propane powered pizza oven and so much more. With plenty of seating everywhere on every level of this estate, you will surely be comfortable know matter where you wonder to! - Fully accessorized kitchen including coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, blender, rice cooker and everything you would need for a large meal.

- We allow our guests to use everything on the property including the firepits, grills, leds and fireplaces.
- Black out blinds in each of the bedrooms
- We have upgraded DISH network that feeds the two main 72 inch televsions in the house.
- The pool and spa are fully gated from the rest of the property for child safety.
- We have NO additional charges for Property Managers or Property Management and we see our competitors charging as much as $1000 for PM fees and they don't even have a PM company.
