The house has an open floor plan. The tiled great room, kitchen, dining room are decorated with oriental style rugs The living area has huge windows overlooking the patio, pool and golf course. Furnishings include leather sofa and 2 leather recliners, two comfortable club chairs, a large screen HDTV and remote operated gas fireplace. The dining room is open to the great room and has a beautiful Eddie Bauer dining set. An island kitchen with stainless refrigerator is large, bright and fully equipped with all your basics and spices for cooking. Enjoy the breakfast nook with table overlooking the patio, pool and golf course.
Both bedrooms have king beds and private baths. There is a third bath off the living room. A separate office with large window, two built-in desks, files,, printer and wireless internet access offers workspace for two.
The home is quiet and private and is located in the very desirable newer section of Westbrook Village very close to Loop 101 on the Vistas Golf Course.
Golfing is available at the Vistas or Lakes courses located in the Westbrook community and numerous other public courses are nearby, including all the Sun City and Sun City West and Grand courses. There are two recreation centers in Westbrook with heated pools, a workout room, bocce courts, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and jacuzzi spas. For $100 the golf club offers a summer cooler pass through Oct for 5 rounds of golf including cart!
