This home has location on its side. Close to highway 10 and in the center of the Phoenix Valley. Easy to get to everything metro Phoenix has to offer. MLB baseball, Close to Glendale sports and entertainment complex, golf, shopping, dining and more.
This is a year round home away from home. Super split floor plan and lots of beds, entertaining area, a great big backyard, and parking too. Step inside and feel welcome in this open concept great room with kitchen, dining and living. The living room is cozy and is open to the kitchen bar table that seats 6, with extra dining outdoors. The kitchen has a massive island perfect for entertaining and meal prep. Fully remodeled home, the kitchen has absolutely everything you need to feel right at home.
The king sized master bedroom is enormous and has a spa like en-suite bath. Watch TV from bed, or enjoy the sitting area in the master with a good book.
The other 3 bedrooms are on the other side of the home. A queen sized master complete with a TV, ample closet space and en-suite bath with a walk in shower. Bedroom 3 is a queen bedroom and shares the hall bath with bedroom 4 a perfect spot for kids of teens as it boasts a twin over full bunk bed.
Outside you will be able to enjoy sunsets to the west, play yard games like corn hole, BBQ or enjoy a nightcap in front of the fire.
Home does not have a garage, but has ample parking off the street. There is a full sized laundry room and super fast wifi too.
WOOF! This home is dog friendly. A total of one dog will be welcome for $25 per night pet fee or for those guests staying 30+ nights the pet fee is reduced to $10 per night.
