Smoking, vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property including front and backyard. Please do not smoke/vape within 25 feet of the property.

PETS
In case you have pets, please inform the host before booking for exact pet fee ($50 per pet)
Please do not allow pets on any furniture, beds and in washrooms
Do not use laundry and dishwasher for any pet items/mats
Do not leave the water bowl on bare floor, use a mat beneath the bowls
Please bring your own cat litter box, crates, sleeping beds, food/water bowls
Please scoop the poop using poop scoop kept near garage side door (white door) or poop bags and discard in black garbage bin
HOUSEKEEPING
Internet WiFi name and password is visible in check-in rules
Fresh towels are kept in buckets in the washrooms.
Extra towels and clothes iron are kept in the cabinet of dining area.
Pot lights are color changing of 3 different colors
Thermostat can be adjusted by softly touching sensor on right side of the curve while sliding finger.
Please let us know if you would like to use the fire-pit and the wood so that we can check for city prohibitions on dry days.
Blinds of all windows are cordless. Simply gently slide them up or pull down as per requirement
Do not run multiple kitchen appliances at one time as it may trip the breaker.
AT THE TIME OF CHECKOUT
Please leave the property as it was provided to you at the time of check in.
To help the cleaners and for their safety during COVID, we would appreciate if:
- All bed linens, comforters to be left on respective beds. Used towels etc are placed in bathtub.
- All dishes and utensils are clean and kept back at original places and NOT in dishwasher before you leave.
- All food and leftovers to be taken out from fridge.
- Feel free to use cleaning products kept beneath the kitchen sink and in the laundry area.
- If the floor is too dirty, please do a quick vacuum
Please put all garbage, from all rooms and all bins, in one black bag and place in the big black bin kept on driveway, near the AC unit. Please ensure that bin lid is closed and locked properly to avoid Raccoon infestation. Any extra garbage bag will be charged because it takes multiple rounds for the cleaners to take it out.
Please ensure that there is no garbage or waste in backyard and front yard.
Please turn off (Vertical is off) the BBQ gas line for safety measures and cover the BBQ as it was provided to you
