Positive: This property is lacking a bit of TLC. I think at one time it was a pretty nice place but deferred maintenance and lack of updating has made it somewhat sad. It's definitely off the beaten track but that might be a good thing as Eloy doesn't offer much in the way of amenities or activities. I think with a bit of elbow grease and a few bucks this particular apartment could be much improved. We did meet some of the Bahai residents and they were quite lovely.

Negative: I was a bit annoyed at the attention made to cleaning the apartment before our arrival. One of the beds must not have been changed as there was sand at the foot of the bed on the sheets. There is a washer/dryer so that was used quickly. There was somebody's leftover sandwich in the kitchen cupboard and used coffee grounds in the coffee pot. Nothing we couldn't take care of but certainly an oversight on housekeeping. There is a swimming pool that we were supposed to have access to but did not have a key to the lock on the gate and we were informed by someone there that it was off season and closed. We were not told that ahead of time and were looking forward to sitting by the swimming pool as the weather was quite warm. So advertising "pool access" might be a bit off. The "courtyard" could be a nice space but once again a little attention needed!
