Inside, the thoughtfully updated home boasts a great open floor plan split three ways. Discover a large, combined living room/dining area with sliding doors leading to the west-facing pool and a separate family room combined with the kitchen and dinette area. The main living area boasts a large smart TV with streaming services that are perfect for movie nights or watching your favorite shows. The spacious kitchen features stainless steel appliances, an island, and windows overlooking the pool area. Extras include a coffee maker, toaster, and griddle. Prepare in advance and pack minimally, as the home enjoys a separate laundry room off the kitchen with a washer/dryer.
