Summary: The motel was conveniently located within an easy driving distance to Patagonia Lake State Park where we were attending an event. The room was clean and we found the bed comfortable. The in-room fridge and microwave were very convenient. The owner/manager was delightful and made sure we had what we needed, and recommended local amenities. The only thing I felt was missing was my morning coffee. No coffee pot in the room. But we’ll definitely stay here again next time we go to the lake. It was very good value.

Summary: Room was dirty, many things broken, the front desk guy was nice but charged my card twice for $97 for the stay and I have not received my $50 deposit back. I think I may have been the only guest staying in this motel I did not feel safe at all. Thankfully it was only one night.
