βΆ Please note that there is a non-refundable per pet deposit fee of $250 for the first 3 nights and $25 per night thereafter. Any evidence of pet pee or poop on the patio or in the unit including towels, carpet, furniture, bedding and etc will result in a $400 additional fee.
βΆ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.
βΆ No smoking of any substance is permitted in the unit. Evidence of any type of smoking will result in a $250 fee and you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.
βΆ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.
