-The home is not a place for small children as guests or visitors. The pool does not have a child protection fence and in the interest of safety we do not allow children under the age of 10 years old. All minors under the age of 18 years old must have adult supervision when near or using the pool. No Diving. No Jumping in Pool from Patio. No glassware in or around the Pool.
-The pool can be heated for an additional cost of $75 per day with a 2-day minimum. Due to the time needed to obtain temperature 48 hours’ notice is needed and days must be consecutive for heating with a 2 day minimum.
-Maximum of 6 guests.
-Fireplace in the home is not for guests use.
-No street parking.
-Person booking the reservation must be staying at the house. No third party bookings. Booking guest will be responsible for any damages incurred to the property during the stay.
-No pets, smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes are allowed anywhere on the property.
-Extended stays beyond 14 days require by-weekly cleanings for additional $165 per cleaning.
-There may be contractors on-site at some point during your stay. We do our best to plan big appointments outside of our guests' stays, but between weekly pool care and various other services, there is a chance someone will need to access the outdoor property during your stay.
-Violation of any of the house rules will result in immediate termination of your stay.
