Disney Pines is a luxury 4 bedroom 2 bathroom fully equipped Villa. All on one level, with tiled floors throughout. Every aspect has been taken care of to make sure you can make the most of your Florida vacation. Our Villa is situated in the sub-division of Florida Pines. A beautiful well maintained community, consisting of a mixture of Short term rental properties and full time residents. The Villa was built in 2001 and has been maintained to a high standard since then. In recent years the flooring has been upgraded to tiles throughout, and the whole Villa refurbished in 2010. The Florida Pines community is built along side HWY 27, a great way of gaining access to all that the Orlando area has to offer. The main I-4 is only 2 minutes drive, giving you the best of both worlds, easy access to all the attractions, and at the end of the day somewhere quiet to relax. Local amenities are close by, such as a Publix supermarket, only 3 mins drive. Restaurants are close at hand. We would recommend the Cracker Barrel and Appleby's for value and quality of food. To make your stay as relaxing as possible we have provided all the home comforts you would expect. All bed linens are provided, along with towels for you to use. A washing machine, tumble dryer and iron are also provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils and even a dishwasher. Every bedroom has its own TV, with cable. Free Internet is available for you to use, along with free local phone calls. The Games room is great to test your skills at foosbal or pool. The Villa has its own security system installed for your peace of mind, and a safety deposit box is available to use free of charge. The private covered pool, can be heated should you wish, there is a 3 day minimum for pool heat. This would incur an extra charge to be confirmed when booking. Table and chairs are provided on the sun deck. We offer to have basic groceries (you choose the items you want) for the price of the groceries plus a $25 shopping fee and this would be placed in the Villa ready for your arrival. BBQ grill available for $50/week.
