Hello and welcome to our little piece of sunshine.
Spacious Family friendly house, conveniently located in a Quiet neighborhood of Davenport. It's a great spot to discover the Orlando/Kissimmee area from. Each of the rooms are tastefully decorated with a little bit of Disney Magic. The house offers 2 master bedrooms with king beds. A private pool with enchanted lighting for night time use.! IThis place is very special to us because Disney has always been our dream destination and now we get to share the magic with you.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in is from 4:00 pm and check-out is until 10:00 am. We'd really appreciate it if you could stick to these times.

HOA: As per our HOA , a picture of adult guests driver’s license is required to stay on property.
HOUSE ALARM
The house alarm has been disconnected. Sometimes when the power glitches it will turn back on the chimes. If this happens please just go to the alarm panel located by the front entrance and press and hold the chime button to turn the chimes off.
CAMERAS ON PREMISES
Cameras are on-premises, locations include: 1 on the corner of the garage, monitoring driveway and street ~ 1 front doorbell ~2 on the sides of the house facing pool equipment and controls and pool outside doors. No cameras in guest spaces. Cameras record audio & video and are motion activated.
PARKING INSTRUCTIONS
You may park in the driveway. There is no parking allowed on the grass or blocking the sidewalk on common areas or any lot. No parking on the street.
Do not attempt to park in the garage.
POOL and SAFETY FENCE
There is a pool safety fence around the entrance of the pool. It is there to protect our young guests. You may un hook and roll up when using the pool, but please for your child’s safety put the poles back up.
POOL
Children should be supervised at all times while in the pool area.
The pool will be serviced weekly by a pool cleaning company. Service includes balancing of salt levels.
Pool towels can be found in the pantry in the kitchen, please do not use bath towels for the pool areas.
Pool is 3 ft. In the shallow end and 5ft in the deep end .
The pool is not heated, but the water is enjoyable and heated naturally by the beautiful Florida sunshine.

SUPPLIES PROVIDED:
We provide an initial starter pack free of charge that includes 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 soap per bathroom, 1 kitchen paper roll, 2 dishwasher tabs, 1 kitchen sponge, 1 bin bag per bin and 1 laundry tab. All provisions beyond this are the guest's responsibility. We do not supply additional/unlimited toilet paper or toiletries.
Our home is equipped with a pack and play , and a high chair. Note: We do not provide any type of flotation devices/ life vests for the pool. .BBQ Grill (no extra charge if you wish to use the grill, however, it is your responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. Exchange refill can be purchased at Family Dollar on route 27 It is 3 miles from house. Tank can be exchanged for a new one for $. Please note, all extras or additional fees need to be paid prior to your arrival. If bbq is used and not cleaned there will be a $50 fee.
HOUSE RULES
We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.
1. No parties or events allowed.
2. No smoking allowed even on the pool deck.
3. Pack and play is suitable for toddlers and children under 3
4.Occupancy is max of 10 guests, additional guests will be asked to leave or may result in eviction of the entire party.
5.Please don't eat or drink in the bedrooms.
6.Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm.
7.Please respect check-in and check-out times.
8.Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
9.Please don't rearrange the furniture.
10.Please do your dishes.
11. Please take the trash out before you leave.
13.No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
14.If wifi/internet or any of our outdoor security cameras, pool controls are shut off, unplugged or tampered with it will result in immediate removal from home with no refund.
15.One locked owner/cleaner closets in the home. Please do not try to gain entrance as an alarm will trigger and will result in immediate removal from home with no refund.
16. As per our HOA, a picture of adult guests driver’s license is required by the HOA for guests staying on property.
TRASH:
Pick up is Monday for regular garbage, please place black can at the end of the driveway on Sunday night. .Recycling gets picked up Friday please place the yellow can at the end of the driveway on Thursday night.No loose trash, . All boxes are to be broken down, bundled and placed beside the waste bin. Please bring trash cans back up to the house after they have been collected and

HOW TO USE APPLIANCES
Air conditioning:
Temperature will be set at 75 degrees (24 C).
You can adjust the temperature using the thermostat in the kitchen. The temperature control will only allow adjustments of the air conditioner above 71°F (20-24C). From our experience at the home 73° is extremely comfortable. You can also turn system off anytime you want too. The system will auto reset back to 75°.
Roku Tv's:
All tvs are in guest mode and will allow you to enter your own personal account info for Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ etc.. You may set an automated log out by entering the dates of your visit. The system will log out of all personal accounts once that date/time has been reached. Lost remotes will result in a replacement charge or $25.
Washer and dryer:
The washer and dryer are in the kitchen. Please clear the lint trap on the dryer after each use.
Coffee machine:
The coffee machine can be found in the lower cabinet. Please remember to turn off the coffee pot after use.
Dishwasher:
Please make sure the dishwasher is full before turning it on. You'll be provided a starter tablet on the kitchen counter. Please only load dishes in the dishwasher, no kitchen towels or clothes.
SIGHTS TO SEE AND THINGS TO DO
Orlando has many well-known tourist attractions - Magic Kingdom, Universal Studios, Animal Kingdom and Legoland - but it also has a surprising variety of hidden gems.
Our favorite restaurants in the area are Honeys Bee Bbq, Culver’s and Panda express. Davenport area has many restaurants with great takeout and dine in options as well as fast food.
If shopping is your jam, we recommend checking out Disney Springs for shopping and the Disney experience without the having to pay admission. The quirky shops and cozy restaurants and cafés are worth the trip.
