We offer 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms: The master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and we have a queen murphy bed cabinet in the living room (looks like a piece of furniture when not being used as a bed) . Both bathrooms have been completely updated.
We offer two 7,000 pound lighted boat lifts, both covered, fish cleaning table, several hose locations for water to accommodate both boat lifts. When standing on the dock, you can see into Charlotte Harbor. Minutes to some of the best fishing in the state.
Use the pass thru window in the kitchen for easy access to the lanai while you enjoy grilling and having meals on the outdoor dining that includes seating for 6.
The pool is heated for winter and is screen enclosed and we also offer an outdoor shower.
