Summary: The property was ok, comfortable bed. Very close to the bus stop and railway station, and convenient store.
However, aircon was not working, lift was not working and we have to climb up to level 5 with all the luggage.
No staff available on site to assist with queries and bath towels were not available.

Summary: You get what you pay for. It's cheap but clean if a little scruffy so works for someone on a tight budget who doesn't mind appearances. It's close to a lot of attractions in Seoul and it is even possible to walk to Yeoido and Hangang river from there.
One thing I would say is that lone female travelers might need to be a little wary. Not a problem with the hotel in of itself but maybe because of the low cost the type of guests it attracts. I was propositioned a couple of times by another guest which did make me a little uneasy. If it wasn't for this I would be recommending it more.

Summary: You get what you pay for, which isn't a knock on this place. It's bare bones, but it's affordable, convenient to the local subway station (a short trip from several of Seoul's touring sites), and affordable. The front desk situation is hands-off, but the proprietor reaches out to me for check-in and came out to assist me when I couldn't find the hotel.
I tried to Google Map the location and had a hard time, so I'll leave directions herebin case they're helpful to someone in the future. Exit the station at Lotte Department store (or Exit 6), turn left. The entrance to the building is just past the animal hospital, and the hotel is on the fourth floor.
There is no elevator (or it seems to be permanently out of order), so be aware if you're traveling with heavy bags or have a disability that makes stairs difficult.
