Close to sparkling gulf coast beaches, Clearwater Beach, Dunedin Causeway, Honeymoon Isl. & Caladesi Isl restaurants & sports stadiums. A true escape to enjoy the beautiful Tampa Bay, FL life and the sunshine. Spend the day lounging by your own private heated salt water pool oasis and evening dining outside grilling or hanging out around the fire pit.
The space
Welcoming, spotless and well appointed family friendly private pool home. The front door opens to a direct view of the heated saltwater in-ground pool oasis with spa tub, grill and outdoor seating and dining table. The floor plan is open with high ceilings, modern yet comfortable dining room and ultra comfy living room to enjoy with ROKU TV. There is free Wifi and even a desk to set up a quaint work from home space.
The galley kitchen has everything you could need, including a brand new fridge and dishwasher. It is equipped with pots, plans, plates and dinnerware. There is a quaint dine area in the kitchen to enjoy morning coffee or a bite with a view of the sun drenched pool.
There are a total of four bedrooms and three full baths.
The master is gorgeous and looks out at the pool and boasts a king size bed, master closet, master bath with walk-in shower, double sinks and soaking tub. The other three bedrooms consist of (1) bedroom with twin beds and a TV, (1) bedroom with a queen size been and TV and (1) front bedroom with queen size bed with en-suite bath with a walk-in handicap accessible shower and handle bar. There is also a main bath with a shower/tub. Plenty of closet space and storage.
There is a new washer and dryer and the house is appointed with new, fresh soft linens.

Pets allowed for a $150 fee and $50 toward enhanced cleaning (total $200 for pet stay) - limit of one pet and must provide weight and breed
Please do not leave drinks or food on the lanai over night.
