This cute as a button cottage is less than an hour from London in the small beach village of Port Frank. Situated minutes from Grand Bend, Ipperwash, and the Pinery Provincial Park. There is a large amount of activities in and around the area for the whole family. The beautiful sandy beach with shallow water and sand bars is the perfect beach for young families. You will love the amazing sunsets, fantastic nature trails, there is a marina, and a great river system for boating & fishing. The cottage is located on a quite street a 10-minute bike ride to the beach.
This reservation has a Firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 30 to 59 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 30 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, pets permitted.
A rental agreement will be emailed upon booking. If this is not emailed back booking will be canceled.
$300 Damage deposit is required and paid directly to property owner once booking is accepted. This will be returned after inspection.
A limit of 1 small dog (no more and no large dogs) is permitted per rental (unless agreed upon by owner). Please read section in contract regarding clean up.
No other animals permitted.
No more than 7 guests permitted.
You are responsible for all bedding (sheets, blankets, pillows) Bed sheets can be supplied for an additional $50.
There is a fire pit in the backyard (fire wood is supplied by you)
There is a BBQ with supplied propane.
