All linens are provided. A laundry area is also located upstairs. There is a first floor half bath and a hall leading to an open newly remodelled kitchen and living area. The couch in the first floor living area converts to a double bed. There are three televisions; one in each bedroom and in the living room. Free WiFi available to guests. A screened lanai leads to the heated community pool. This beautiful community offers direct access to Tampa Bay via canals. You are a short walk to Circles restaurant and an outdoor tiki bar...a favorite of locals. Finns Dockside Grill is also a few blocks away. This rental is for 30 days,(29 nights) minimum and available from June 2025 through December 2025. No smoking . Small pets allowed, up to 25Lbs. Due to the homeowner's association at Anchor Point the potential renter must complete an application for rental. This process requires two weeks.
