2 bedroom/2bath 2020 manufactured home on 10 acres with beautiful mountain views in a quiet country setting. Fully furnished kitchen, dining nook & breakfast bar, livingroom, king master and queen bedroom in split level floorplan. There is a washer/dryer located within the unit. Nice front covered deck and back deck with *firepit, *BBQ and patio furniture. Lots of local activities including golfing, skiing, boating, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, ATV trails, shopping and local events such as arts & crafts festivals, rodeos, farmer's markets, car shows, plus much more.
Please note we are not set-up for small children, therefore, no children under the age of 12 please. Additionally, the guest limit is 4 people.
Dogs are welcomed upon approval from Owners and a brand new mini dog park has been placed in the front yard for smaller fur babies. There is a 2 pet limit under 20 lbs. There is a $75 pet fee per stay with the exception of certified service dogs which must be documented.
There is plenty of room for free parking - all vehicles must be approved by Owners. BRING YOUR TOYS WITH YOU....there's lots of trails for ATV's/4-wheel drives etc. and plenty of lakes for all water sports including jet ski's, kayaks, boats, etc.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE THE UNIT. * Smoking is allowed outside on the deck.
