Surrounded by majestic snow capped trees and the nearby K&P Trail, this fully heated modern decor cabin is located across the lane from Bob's Lake and is 45 minutes north of Kingston. It is fully equipped with an octagonal vaulted-ceiling pool room with large windows showcasing the great outdoors. The pool room hosts a 4.5' x 8' pool table and dart board and a large selection of board games, puzzles and dice are on site for those days it's just too cold to venture outside. Cook in the well equipped kitchen or relax with a glass of wine and a good book around the wood stove. We want you to relax, so kitchen staples, bedding, towels, hand and dish soap and firewood are provided. Fat bikers, snowshoers (4 pairs available for use) or snowmobile enthusiasts will love the nearby K&P Trail with 180 km of multi-use recreational rail trail. If walking is more your form of relation, the laneway is at your doorstep, or explore the many small towns in the area and discover what makes Frontenac County so inviting. Sharbot Lake is home to great coffee and pastries at the Cardinal Cafe, gourmet meals at Toronto Chef Brad Long's new Belong Restaurant overlooking Sharbot Lake beach, and make time to visit the K&P Brewery on highway 7. Its small, quaint and where the locals go for conversation and a pint. Open Mic takes place each Friday from 5:00-7:00pm. Perth is a great way to spend an afternoon wandering the historic downtown or dining in limestone pubs and quaint restaurants. Check FB pages for hours of operation. Kilborne's on the Rideau in Newboro is a must for some retail therapy.
