This tastefully updated luxurious home has two bedrooms, furnished with a king and queen bed. The bathroom was recently updated and features a generously sized tub. Inside the garage you will find the washer & dryer as well as a door to access the backyard. The brand new kitchen comes fully stocked with the essentials needed to cook gourmet meals. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining room is large with enough chairs to seat six people. The bonus room has a reading nook with plenty of books and board games for guests to enjoy. There`s also a couch in the room that turns into a sleeper sofa. The front patio area has a table and two chairs. The backyard is fully fenced with tons of space for pets to enjoy! This is the perfect home to make memories with families and friends.
Parking is ample! The driveway can fit up to 4 cars. The entire home is yours during the stay so you will have access to all parts of the house.
We live 30 minutes away. I can always be reached on my phone through the app, and if needed can be there in person to address any issues immediately.
Located on a quiet street. Most of the neighbors are retired and enjoy peaceful living.
Dixie Gardens is a quiet residential neighborhood. It`s just half a mile off of US 19 which is a major roadway with tons of food and shopping options. For parking, the driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars. It`s a residential street so there isn`t too much traffic other than neighbors.
We have a strict non smoking policy. Smoking isn`t allowed in home or anywhere on the property.
TV`s are smart TV`s and are able to be used with all streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, Prime, Etc.) Local cable isn`t available, but the TV`s have streaming apps for the local news channels.
There is an electric indoor fireplace in the main living room. It`s operated by a switch on the TV Stand.
The garage door is currently damaged so it is not operable. You still have access to it and are free to use the garage as storage space, but will not be able to park a car in there.
