The open-concept living, dining and kitchen area is located on the main level. The bedrooms are located on the lower level, from which there are two separate walkouts directly to the backyard.
While there is no air conditioning, the lower level does stay a few degrees cooler than the main level above it and thus helps provide for a comfortable sleep at nights during warmer months.
There is ample parking. There are two separate driveway entrances to the house that are connected. It provides you the option to park either on the main level nearby the front door or the lower level nearby the back door.
