LOCATION: About 2.5 hrs from Toronto, just 10 minutes to Rosseau or 25 minutes Parry Sound or MacTier for Propane, gas, LCBO, groceries, dining, entertainment and most all amenities. Rocky Crest Golf course is 10 minutes away and nearby Seguin Valley Golf Club
