The Cut Away in Conyers is a beautiful 9-acre estate nestled in the unincorporated Conyers, Georgia, Rockdale County. The full home, upstairs and downstairs, is available for events and parties. This beautiful, secluded property has 9 acres of heavily wooded walking trails, which lead to a stream fed by The Yellow River directly across the street. The property has a swimming pool that is available from May 1st to October 1st, with multiple lounging areas that surround the pool. The pool is available before May 1st, but the pool will not be heated. For some people this is okay if the weather is pleasant.
Smoking is allowed outside only. There is also a propane grill with a complimentary propane tank for guest use with ample guest parking. The Cut Away is 15 minutes from the International Horse Park, 25 minutes from dowtown Atlanta and 35 minutes from the Atlanta airport.
The building has two levels: upper and lower. The lower level is for guests. The listing is only for the 1900 foot lower level only. The lower level has its own two separate entrances in the rear of the property and its own parking. For those guests who want to use both levels, please contact the owner before booking. There is an additional charge to use the additional space upstairs. Either way, your privacy will not be disturbed.
