This home was tastefully remodelled to enhance an open spacious feeling that is so comfortable to live or entertain in. It is decorated with quality furniture and art making it feel like you are staying in your best friend's home. The yard is fenced so it is nice for your pups but not so great for toddlers due to spiky cacti. One person needs to be 55 to live here so make sure that fits! The smaller more intimate, community is a little west of Sun City Grand on Bell and so convenient to shopping, restaurants and the 303 highway making it easy to go north or south with little traffic. There are pools, a fitness center and a bar, along with a golf course and other activities that active over-55 neighborhoods offer. The availability of these amenities change due to Covid, so ask me before booking if that is important to you. The minimum stay is 3 months. Talk to me about your specific needs and some minor flexibility may be possible. If you have a pet, please let me know the breed, age, training before booking . There is a reasonable pet fee charged (generally $300) which is a fee, not a deposit.
