There is a Queen size Murphy bed with a memory foam mattress that does not require moving any furniture to open. Enjoy a full-size kitchen to prepare the perfect beach picnic or family meal. The breakfast bar provides optional seating. The bedroom has a King size memory foam bed, Roku Smart TV, and a ceiling fan for your added enjoyment. There are two additional box fans in the back closet to use if desired. The bathroom has a tub/shower and a new chair height toilet. This condo has a unique feature that you can connect internally to unit 401 if you choose through the double fire doors. Perfect to have your own space and extended family next door.
