Khandallah is an established suburb full of character homes with a lovely local village with galleries, boutiques, a small supermarket, cafes and eateries including a Wellington favourite wine bar Cashmere Lounge (just minutes away).
The Khandallah summer swimming pool (with playground and cafe) and the bush walks through Khandallah Park to the lookout at Mt KauKau are also Wellington icons and treasures.
Wellington CBD is 7.5km from the property.

Parking for 3 cars available off street. Please do not park on the driveway as this is shared with our neighbours.

- This is a smoke free property.
- Please be considerate of our neighbours - no loud noises after 10pm - 8am.
- No visitors. This means that only the exact guests who are booked to stay can be at the property at any time. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in you being removed from the property immediately and all costs associated with this will be on-charged. If you are wishing to have guests visit you when at the property please get in touch with us prior to your booking as we can make the odd exception on a case by case basis.
- If you are taking a property for longer than two weeks then the owner requires a clean at least every two week period. This amended cleaning charge will be sent through to you once we have received your booking.
- No shoes allowed inside
- If you lose the key a replacement fee will be charged.
- For any lockouts, the guest will be charged a service fee for re-entry and in some cases a locksmith fee.
- Our check out is 10am. If you have not vacated the property by this time and our cleaners are delayed you will be charged a fee of $100 for every half hour you remain in the property.
