The Space:
As you enter the home you are welcomed into a spacious living room with a large sofa and smart TV with streaming capabilities. Just off of the living room is the dining area with six seats as well as a separate breakfast bar. Just past the living room is a large lanai that has a seating area, and a great view that overlooks the courtyard. The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the second bedroom has a bunk bed composed of two twin beds and a full-size bed on top. The fully stocked kitchen has a breakfast nook and a desk. From the kitchen you have access to a patio area with a grill. The pool is a 5-minute walk from the Villa. The Ardea Country Club with two 18-hole championship golf courses is a 5-minute drive.

Guests can use the entire house with the exception of a locked storage room.
