as well as only being a few miles from the Famous Flagler Ave and the historical downtown area with wonderful quaint shops and great dining.
Some of the features we have inside our newly remodeled 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo are our fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, all the cookware, dishes and utensils you would need; as well as a dishwasher for easy clean-ups, a coffee maker
to get you going in the morning and a blender for those afternoon cocktails!
We have a dining table that seats 4 for those sit-down meals that you may
or may not make. In the living area there is a large screen tv with ROKU TV and new, comfy
furniture such as a couch, a recliner and a reading chair. Here, are also the sliding glass doors to your patio.
In our Master Bedroom there is also a tv as well as a King-sized bed, nightstands, a large closet with all the hangers you need for your length of stay and an en-suite bathroom with an upgraded large shower, sink and plenty of room to maneuver around in!
Our second bedroom has a Queen bed with large dresser, nightstand and also a big closet. The 2nd bathroom is in the hallway before that room with plenty of space as well. There is a shower and tub with a large sink area.
We also have a large community BBQ area with plenty of seating for small or large gatherings. Of course, there is central cooling throughout the condo, we have a washer & dryer for you to use there at the condo, along with free High Speed Wireless access, we also provide you with all the linens, towels for the bathrooms and the kitchen area, as well as t.p paper towels, dish
soap and packets for the dishwasher.
