Property Details:
This 55-sqm apartment is located on the 4th floor with an elevator. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a flat-screen TV and a dining table and chairs. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, electric kettle, dishwasher, toaster, fridge, stove, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave-oven, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The flat comes with a clothes washing and drying machine. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.
The bedroom is interior courtyard facing with a double bed with a superior quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one bathroom accessible via the hallway with a shower and sink. The toilet is located in a separate water closet. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.
Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.

Le Marais district is also easily accessible for shopping and dining on Sunday while the rest of the city is at rest. The nearest metro station, Ecole Militaire (Line 8), is a short walk from the apartment, and makes it easy to access other areas of the capital. The RER C is also hugely helpful at getting you to Saint Michel or Gare du Nord in a flash!
