Welcome to this rustic 1843 farmhouse.
Scenic views from this tranquil and peaceful countryside property nestled on the banks of the Uxbridge Valley.
Just one hour from Toronto and away from city-life. Activities for the whole family -- hiking, exploring, a swing and slide set, fire pit with wood supplied, fishing in the pond.
Soon, we will feature a skating rink on the pond, tobogganing on the many hills and snow shoeing the trails. Dagmar and Lakeridge ski hills are 15 minutes away.
Rustic but modernized heritage farm house. Located on 10 acres of rolling fields and forest with 2 natural ponds and a swimming pool. Multiple areas for working--large home office with a view, workspace in bedroom, table in living room, screened in porch, and front deck. Three bedrooms and full, new bathroom on top floor, half bath on main floor, and 1 bedroom and bath with shower on lower floor. Family room with pull out queen sofa.
Guest have exclusive access to the full 10 acres with the exception of the drive shed (outside workshop), and small locked workshop on lower floor. You will be the only guests during your visit.

For skiers, we are located 15 minutes from Dagmar Ski Resort and Ski Lakeridge.
