Positive: It is clean, location is great - near you can find many restaurants, cafes, groceries. Short walk to the beach. There is a laundry on the floor

Negative: Free Parking is in 500 meters. Anyway it’s better then street parking for money and not sure that is safe Instruction was clear till you start to open the lobby door. A little manipulation needed. But additional instruction came from Pier super fast in chat on booking. Actually it was not an issue to complain
