Summary: We were a group of 12 traveling from S. FL that were very excited to stay in the house we saw in photos but to our disappointment the home was NOT what was shown. Pool was not working (filter & heater broken), lights on patio were broken, game room Foosball table broken, gas grill (which we planned on using for cooking our dinners) was non-functional, the dryer lint filter was full and completely filthy. Kitchen needed lots of attention in cleanliness department. The carpets are in desperate need of cleaning!!! I will say the owner was quick to send someone to clean the charcoal grill (which we did not use due to size) as well as she had a pool repair company previously scheduled to repair the pools pump, not the heater. Unfortunately, I was not made aware of the pool situation prior to renting which was a disappointment to most of us. Before checking out we cleaned up after ourselves, we had to purchase our own garbage bags as only 1 was left, upon going to dispose of them as instructed in check-out email, all garbage cans outside of house were completely full. Needless to say, it was the first time staying in a VRBO for some of the adults in my group and they are now discouraged from doing it again.... Greatly disappointed 😞
