Original artwork decorates the walls, nonfiction books and magazines are throughout for your entertainment, and small details like Himalayan salt nightlights will light the way.
The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies, baking supplies, a Keurig coffee maker, sugar, and cream; serving dishes, and Zero Water filtration device.

The open floor plan of the living room, dining room, and kitchen are a great place to relax with your family with a dining table that seats up to eight.
The master bedroom is spacious with a brand new king bed, smart tv, large dresser, and sliding glass entry to the fenced-in porch and backyard. Enjoy a cup of Keurig coffee in the porch while enjoying our native populations of blue jays and mourning doves. Adjacent to the master is a large bathroom with accessible bars installed in the bathtub and toilet areas. A large walk-in closet has ample room for storage, and enough room for a crib.

The third bedroom has a queen size bed with memory foam topper, desk, chair, and large closet.

The home is located in Diamond Valley, where rolling hills give way to the volcanic rock of Glassford Hill. It's possible to see doves, hawks, bluejays, and the rare roadrunner in this area. While Diamond Valley is residential and feels secluded, it's close to many amenities. Less than a five minute drive: TJ Maxx, Ross, Big 5 Sporting Goods, Hobby Lobby, Sprouts grocery store, Popeye's, Cracker Barrel, and more. Costco, Trader Joe's, and Lynx Lake recreation area are all within a 10-minute drive.
